Chapter 8: Information Processing & Memory
We are all capable of remembering mass quantities of information, but the way we organize it can dictate how long we will remember something. For instance, many students "cram" for tests and store information in their short-term memory. However, we organize other information in our long-term memory; like your first kiss!
